Hi,

I am going to start a new website soon. I am working on it offline. Initially I may not pay the hosting charges. Can I go for Free hosting? or Can I go for Paid?

What is your suggestion?

i would go for cheap paid hosting.  you can often get a small hosting account for $10/year or something.  free hosts are often unreliable and don't make backups so very unstable.

if you care about your project, go with paid.

If your site is going to be static html, then a free host might be enough for you to experiment with. You can learn how web host works etc.

However, for MySQL based sites free hosts aren't that good since sometimes too many resources are being used, and your site doesn't work temporarily. But as Dave said, you can get some good cheap hosting, and it's worth it in the long run.
