Lets see all of your phpbb customizations. I am just getting into forum creations so I have only made very minor alterations to my site. Looking to do some karma mods, and more customization on the looks of it. Lets see what everyone else has done!
Don't use phpBB anymore (SMF now).
But did use it in the past.
If I remember correctly I had a shoutbox installed, ezPortal and the forum bot (Alice).

Get eXtreme Styles MOD. It's the easiest to install and it speeds your forum up
Really the eXtreme styles mod makes your forum faster, I think my old one got slower, lol
I no longer use PHPBB, as I know own an Invision Power Board. On my PHPBB, I installed tons of skins, a Shout Box, and others I forget.
