Well I was talking to a class my dad teaches the other day, and it suddenly dawned on me just how many people couldn't build pc's. Its not an overly hard thing to do, everything can only really go in one place.
So who here has actually built one and who knows how to do it?
Build my AMD Athlon XP. today that computer has gone to digital heaven.
Mem problems. and then the motherboard shoutdown for good.
i can, i remember one time i had to solder some chips to a circuit board, that was fun

i can, although never actually built on lol. i have brought pcs and completely took them apart to upgrade, clean etc but i have always been too lazy to bother building my own. plus when i was looking around to build your own often costs more!
I can, I've build and re-built a ton of my old pcs, and build two new ones and upgraded many

I haven't built one, but I know how. And I've repaired/upgraded a few

As for soldering, haven't done it, but I almost had to because I cut one of the wires from the power switch motherboard connector cables, luckily I patched it up and it worked.
I can build a PC. I already built many PCs for my friends. I have two PCs which are built by me.
thanks.
I can also build my own PC. The fully made branded PCs are very expensive so I basically buy different parts and assemble them at one place, that way I save some money.
