I was just wondering what program(s) hog your resources the most? I use alot of graphics intensive program that do tend to hog all the resources. The worst Id say being Maya.
So whats the worst program you have, post them here and Ill try to avoid them if poossible!
for me, adobe photoshop lightroom. takes an age, but faster than anything else.
I was going to say, Dreamweaver and photoshop
photoshop is my most demanding program but to be honest i don't really notice any lag unless i am building an image which is A3 size or something.
Windows Operating systems, especially Vista, unless you tame it.
Anyway, as for programs, Photoshop a tiny bit, but it's nothing major. As for Dreamweaver, haven't used it in a while, been using notepad lately. And any game that freezes will jump up your resources significantly, especially if it's in your CDROM/DVD Drive. Oh yeah and Norton of course, but I stopped using it a long time ago. And if your multitasking with a browser and let's a Word Processor it might cause some conflict if you have 512MB or under.
