it doesn't look bad.

i like the thread header images etc.

the one thing i woud change is the logo.  it would look really good with some sort of reflective logo similar to on my site - http://www.netfuseuk.com.

Yeah. That was just a quick logo I made.
I really wanted to get the forum online, so I just made one real quick, and uploaded it. I need to work on a bigger, and better one!

You mean a logo with a web 2.0 feel to it :p

I just make quick logos, cause when people get the theme, they're gonna change them anyhow.

I changed it around. Now the forums are under /forums and I got a homepage for it. Still working on it though!

just to tell you the homepage background image starts to repeat on large screens and it doesn't line up so looks messy.  i am using a 19" and it is doing it.  and the font should definatly be all white, the black is hard to read.

Ok. I took that background off. It  was too dark anyway.

I redid it with a light colored blue, with a dark blue border.
Now, I'm adding my themes on the themes download page!

the theme looks very nice, although not sure if it looks too much like the default one dunno.
