I'm interested with this business but I really can't understand how will we be able to earn here.  I've heard some were earning a good sum of money for parked domains.

You basically have to set up a server and have people set there name servers and when someone access's that domain the page displays your ads and when people click them you get money

you would need to host thousands of domains to make a living from it. remember the number of hits these domains receive are lower than normal because there isn't anything on them.
