I always use Dreamweaver because it integrates nicely with fireworks and flash nicely (one would hope, since it comes as a suite.) I think the color coding and the autocomplete tool is very helpful for php.

I just ordered the book from macromedia so I can figure out how to use the server technology to edit dynamic php pages (that would be GREAT.) Should be here any day, then the party will commence.

I use eclipse for java and recently discovered "aptana" eclipse plugin for HTML and Javascript coding
it doesn't have a WYSIWYG editor but, if you like real coding, it's amazing
there should be also a standalone version as far as I can remember of the download page
pspad is also a good editor, it just has syntax highlighting and when you open it it automatically reopens all the files that you were using during the last session
it's kind of a fancy fast advanced notepad, but it supports a lot of file formats

I used Frontpage, but it now has been discontinued so I tried Dreamweaver and liked all the features it has that Frontpage hasn't. I oved that application, also Coffee Cup HTML Editor is a good tool, but I still prefer Dreamweaver.

Mostly I use Macromedia Dreamweaver. I also uses Notepad or Editpad.
