well, I'm still in the learning process of creating web pages.
so here is my first website ever!

I really don't need criticism b/c I know it looks like an amateur did it.  b/c I am an amateur still learning

nice to see you are making the effort in web design.  with time i am sure you will become an expert.

although please change the background before my eyes burn (bit bright) lol.

thx for the feedback guys, yea I've only been trying to learn for a couple weeks.trying to get the coding down be4 really getting into comple design.

fundamental rule for colour selection, never select the following two colours together (especially when doing pinstripes)
orange and blue
yellow and purple
green and red

any combination of colour can work well if the right shades are used.

for example the lions international charity group uses yellow and purple

i should add in the comment that if it is that colour specifically, without shades then it looks horrible, also if you are light on one and dark on the other it looks horrible. However both light or both dark of the colours, then it looks good.

I started when i was 11, i remember making some pretty shitty sites, but now i'm a pro and make loads of money from doing it

indeed they do.  i was trying to find my first website but my files are such a mess.  but it is worse that yours, when i started hardly anyone used firefox (not sure it existed) so i designed for IE and looking at them now in FF they are awful.
