Well folks Justin and I have decided to release our very first community competition.
Its quite simple, all you have to do is write an article on any topic which Webbers Corner covers. This could include programming, seo, web design, computing, computing accessories, software, ect. (I think that covers most)
The prizes
1st place
- $50 cash prize which would be transferred via paypal.
- given a special role of competition winner.
- article published in a newsletter and in the newsletter forums.
- credit given to your website in any place the article is placed, so free advertisement!
- UK based hosting with netfuse. Package SH50 for 1 year. If you do not want the hosting you can have an extra $5.
2nd place
- $25 cash prize which would be transferred via paypal.
- article published in a newsletter and in the newsletter forums.
- credit given to your website in any place the article is placed, so free advertisement!

3rd place
- $10 cash prize which would be transferred via paypal.

The rules
- to take part you must be a registered member of the forum.
- only 1 entry per register member.
- articles must be a miminum of 300 words.
- must be written by you and not copied from anywhere on the internet.
- forum staff may take part and this would have no influence over the winners.
Judging Criteria
Here are some of the judging criteria which we will be using.
- How relevant the article is to this forum.
- How relevant the article is to news and current technologies.
- Structure of article
- Quality of English
- How Informative the article is.
Deadline - Friday 22nd December 2006 9pm GMT.
Winners Announced - Saturday 23rd December 2006 6pm GMT
You can enter your article by PMing me or MoRpHiNe only. The winners will be decided by the administration.
