Awesome! Big Grin

How do the minis work? I was thinking of buying one just to see how the intel ones run XP and such.
I bought my first Mac about five months ago when the MacBook was released. I've been using it on a daily basis ever since then and absolutely love it. In fact, I'm using it right now. Smile

XP runs faster on mac than it does on a crappy IBM-Clone.

I've actually read a few articles on this. I bought my MacBook for the same reason, but fell in love with OS X so much that I never bothered installing XP.

I have two, and I want more, don't worry, Dave!

It's Mac-Itis lol. I want a Mini just to play around with having a personal TV recorder in my room instead of using the DVR downstairs hogged with Lifetime X_X.
I have a G5 and I dual boot with ubuntu linux. I love my mac, and as soon as I have enough money I want to get a macbook pro. If I had a whole lot of spare money, I would get a mac pro with all the options and dual 30" cinema displays.but that's over $14,000 :-(
*dreams of a dual core xeon processor*
I do not think the are that expensive or overpriced if you build a similar BTO PC it comes out to about the same price.on top of that in the long run you will have a hell of a lot less issues as far as viruses and hardware failures.
3 Macs.

(1) fully loaded G5, though it's 2 years old.  Still a great editing machine.
(1) fully loaded Macbook Pro, I'll have had it a year in May.  I use it when I travel, or when I don't feel like editing in a cave.
(1) Quad-Xeon Mac Pro at work, again, for video editing and such.

Love 'em.  But I use Windows PCs like crazy, as well.  In fact, that's what i'm on right now, and my Mac (to my right) has got some processes going on it.  I've got three screens, 2 on my PC, 1 on my Mac, all widescreen - and the systems operate with 1 keyboard and 1 mouse, linked together with Synergy.  Allows me to drag my mouse across all three screens seamlessly, with the mouse and keyboard connected to the PC (acting as the host).  Amazing piece of software.  Keyboard control follows the focus of which system the mouse cursor is on.
