i've found this site accidentally, it's one of the millions web design tutor websites, but it has also an interesting tool.
http://www.wellstyled.com/

they have css tutorials which you can find it somewhere else also, but that's not the reason i post this. as a designer, i think a good looking color scheme is very important, therefor this post.

they have a cool color scheme generator tool, with many options other tools don't have.

other interesting site is this one:
http://www.steeldolphin.com/

he has a nice tutorial about color theory also, and some other photoshop/illustrator tuts. (have a look at portfolio, this guy is good)

Sometimes you see a color on a web page and want to use it but you can't quite get the same color manually.
Nattyware Pixie allows you to get the color codes just by moving your mouse over the color:-

here is a great firefox plugin - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/271/

i don't normally look at colour mixers and wheels.  just know what goes and doesn't (not to be big headed).
I have an add on in FF that allows me just to roll over anything in the browser and I get the hexidecimal code, pretty nifty
pfft, that software is built in on mac. show me something new.
meh, i know what colours go well, who needs a colour scheme mixer. Though i can recommend these sites to people who have trouble picking colours.

ditto, i actually find these websites confusing when picking colours.  you can normally find a nice combination just mixing colours on photoshop till something nic appears.
