I don't know which website I went to, I can't set the homepage that I want to displays anymore, by click Tools/Internet option/homepage is now disabled, I went to regedit and deleted some keys, I can change my home page back, but when I restart my computer, it is back again, need some helps here, thanks

that sounds like a virus or some spyware to me. make sure you run you anti virus, spyware and you have a firewall in place. that should remove the problem. if it doesn't i think you will need to reinstall IE (think you're using that).
or even better! get firefox
sounds like malware, install anything dodgy recently?
it's called browser hijacking, run an anti spyware should solve it, but there're also other softwares for only hijacking issues, just google and you'll find out
I'd recommend getting a free trial of webroot spysweeper, or a free trial of super ad blocker. I had to use these in the past when I like a dumbo opened up install.exe as I thought I was getting some cool codecs for my video player.

http://www.hitmanpro.nl and you'll get all of the best softwares, it's an application which manage major anti-spyware and antivirus programs, like ad-aware, Spybot S&D, SpySweeper, etc.
normally i only use ad-aware, but last time i've found a spyware, i could only remove it with spysweeper
