If you need to buy some new software, where do you go? Is there a good place to order online?
i usually try to use freeware or opensource alternatives when possible. i've never bought any software yet, they're all included in my pc. if i need a new software or something i'll just get it in a department store nearby. they have everything.
i never buy things online. at least not yet. i buy from amazon.com as my first try.
I usually try opensource, if i have to buy something i go to amazon. i know their not the cheapest but you get reliable delivery and i trust them
Amazon are genreally very cheap for this sort of stuff, most of the time i buy straight from the company.
Local Dept store.CompUSA?
I use freeware/open source mainly.
eek, never buy on the street, they are such a rip off.
I'm not gonna lie, I've tried pirated software be4.Almost all of it is complete crap.
I have always just used what comes with my computer and things like that. But I was just curious in case i would ever need something[/i]
I've ordered online and I don't mind it, its just its nice to have a cd of the program instead of downloading it everytime you need it, or just burn it to a disk.

yea, I recommend download.com along w/ m38967
