I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.

Here's my Firefox Forum. I added a few mods/plugins to make it fun, and am looking for more, so suggestions welcome.

Well, have fun, and please, criticism would be nice! I like to know what other people think.

Added the little browser icons in the bottom of a user's posts. When they pick a custom browser from their profile, the browser's icon shows at the bottom of their posts.
A quick way to see what browser everyone uses!

(ex. http://firefox.freehostia.com/showthread...91#pid6491 look at the bottom of our posts)

I like you color scheme as it matches FireFox, but personally the fact that you are using a subdomain makes it very unprofessional. Also, I personally like Invision Power Board more then MyBB.

Thanks! Smile
I can't help I use a subdomain! Tongue Especially when I'm not allowed to use a domain! Tongue
I've tried IPB, it wasn't too bad, but personally I think MyBB tops it. But thats just my opinion! Wink

well ipb is a paid script.

It isn't that I know of. People everywhere use it on wallpapers, buttons, forums, webpages. . .

Anyway, new link. Papa Spot gave us a subdomain.

Also re-added the browser icons to the bottom of posts. Using old Firefox icon for 1.5, and new icon for 2.0! Wink

Rules on Firefox Logo Usage

Quote:
When it comes to Mozilla's trademarked logos ("logos," for short), there are some cool things you can do and some cool things you can't do - at least not without asking Mozilla.

You may make t-shirts, desktop wallpaper, or baseball caps with Mozilla logos on them, though only for yourself and your friends (meaning people from whom you don't receive anything of value in return). You can't put the Mozilla logo on anything that you produce commercially -- at least not without receiving Mozilla's permission. Of course, Mozilla owns and operates the Mozilla Store, which sells a wide range of CDs, Guidebooks, T-shirts, and products with Mozilla software and logos. That's how we make some of the money that keeps us around.

There are two additional broad categories of things you can't do with Mozilla's logos. The first is to produce modified versions of them. A modified logo also would raise the possibility of consumer confusion, thus violating Mozilla's trademarks rights, too (remember the overarching requirement that any use of a Mozilla trademark be non-confusing?). The second concerns high-resolution copies of Mozilla logos, which you cannot have or use. If you've a very good reason to seek an exception to the rule against having and using high-resolution copies of Mozilla logos please contact the Trademark and Licensing Team.

i doubt mozilla would ever shut a forum about the browser for using their firefox logo.  it would just be silly
