Not too sure if this really belongs in the showcase considering the site is FAR from done, but I figure I'll post it here anyway. Feel free to move it if it would be more appropriately posted elsewhere.
Alright, so I'm working on a website http://www.digitalimpulse.org/forums/
Basically the site is for discussion of current and future projects. Not JUST projects online, though they are of course more than welcome. It is free to join, no catches or anything like that (all attempts to make money so far are via donation buttons - COMPLETELY optional and advertising).
I started the site because I had several ideas (particularly ones that would take me years to learn what I needed to know to even start), and could not find at that point anywhere to actually discuss them. I got distracted while creating the forums, and lost most of my thoughts but I am hoping to get some of them posted on there and get the site a bit more well known for others who may wind up in a similar situation later on.
To anyone interested in helping: Basically, I don't know PHP, I'm not good at making themes from scratch, etc. If anyone is interested in helping in any area, feel free to let me know via PM, email, IM, posting (here if allowed or on my site), etc.
