Photoshop is nice, but a little too over my head. I like Gimp. It's easy and simple.

No, I create the images with the gimp, but I use the theme editor in MyBB.

lol, the Gimp is pretty easy to figure out. All ya gotta do is play around a while. And if your ever stuck, search Google for "Gimp Tutorials" ! You get alot of cool tutorials that way!

I use gimp quite a bit becuase I refuse to use pirated software and I'm to cheap to buy it.  I've heard that photoshop is far superior in usability, and after using gimp for a while, I can see how that's possible.

I prefer GIMP. It' has almost all the features PS has. And it's free afterall.

Photoshop has a few more features, but Gimp is free so I use Gimp.  If you really know how to use GIMP well you can do almost anything in it.  I guess I would use photoshop if it wasn't so darned expensive

O well. I voted Gimp because it is a great value at the cost of 0 dollars and 0 cents.

I vote photoshop, GIMP is very good for free, but PS has many more features.

voted Photoshop, although the GIMP is ok, i don't really like the UI. i heard there's GIMPshop, with about the same UI as Photoshop but i still can't see the different between GIMP and GIMPshop :s. i can't afford photoshop, so i use it at my art school (that why i love to go to school )

I used Photoshop, but I hate it. I like GIMP, but fireworks suites me best.
